Tour Cost Including Deposits

Your initial deposit may be transferred to another Collins Tours departure within the same calendar year, provided the request is made within 60 days of booking and before final payment. Deposits cannot be transferred once the final payment date has passed or for bookings made after the final payment deadline. A new reservation must be made, and a new deposit paid for the new tour for the same traveler. *60-Day Exchangeable deposit not valid on River Cruises or Oceania Cruises*

Please note that deposit transfers are a one-time courtesy. Once your deposit has been transferred to a new tour, the exchangeable deposit benefit no longer applies to that new booking.

Final payments must be received by the due date listed on your invoice, website, or tour documentation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation and loss of payments.

Travel Insurance

All monies paid are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, as Collins Tours is not responsible for illness, medical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or changes to your decision to travel.

Travel insurance is available through Manulife and is recommended for trip cancellation and out-of-province medical coverage. Please let our office know if you would like a quote.

Cross Border & International Travel

Each traveller is solely responsible for confirming their entry eligibility with the relevant border authorities prior to departure, to ensure they meet all requirements for international travel.

Collins Tours accepts no responsibility or liability for denied entry, refusal of boarding on any aircraft, train, cruise, or other mode of transportation, or for any additional costs or expenses incurred as a result.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid for the required period for all destinations on their itinerary. As a general rule, many countries require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return to Canada. Failure to meet entry requirements may result in disruption or inability to travel.

No refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation of any kind will be provided by Collins Tours for denied entry, travel disruption, or any related circumstances, including any situation that results in missed travel, additional transportation costs, or itinerary changes arising from these issues.

• Enjoy a full hot breakfast once again before checking out of the hotel and boarding the motor coach.

• This morning, enjoy a late morning checkout providing extra time to enjoy your fabulous hotel and more of

the surrounding area before we make our way to beautiful Vancouver, for our two-night stay on the lower

mainland of British Columbia.

• We will travel by ferry, approximately a 1 hour and 35-minute crossing, before our mid-afternoon arrival in

Cosmopolitan Vancouver at the elegant 5-star Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver. Our hotel has direct access

to the seawall for walking, biking or jogging as well as many nearby shops and restaurants.

• Tonight, we gather for a fabulous welcome group dinner (meal, gratuity & complimentary glass of wine or

beer included) to share stories of our amazing experience so far in the West!

for a view of the famous Lions Gate Bridge - a suspension

bridge built for vehicles during the Great Depression. This

Tuesday, June 22 – Vancouver - 5 Star Rocky Mountaineer to Kamloops, BC

Location: Rocky Mountaineer – Kamloops to Jasper, AB (B, L)

• Early this morning, board your coach again for transfer to the train station in Kamloops. Your seats from

yesterday will be assigned again today. There is no rotation of seats.

• Brunch will be served once again mid-morning as well as lunch onboard the Rocky Mountaineer Train.

• Note: Collins Tours recommends eating a light snack this morning as brunch is served onboard the

train beginning at approximately 9:30am

• This afternoon you will be served another gourmet meal in the lower level of your private dining car,

complete with a la carte menu for appetizer, entrees, desert, tea/coffee in Goldleaf service, or will be served

at your seat in Silverleaf service with a limited menu.

• Today’s highlights are crossing the Continental Divide, seeing Pyramid Falls and Mount Robson, the highest

peak in British Columbia, all from the comforts of the Rocky Mountaineer train with your close-up view and

Alberta’s Rocky Mountains via deluxe motorcoach. First, we make our way to the Columbia Icefields on

Athabasca Glacier. We will arrive at the Discovery Centre and board our “Ice Explorer” for an unforgettable

excursion onto the Athabasca Glacier (Ice Explorer included). Following this, enjoy our bonus inclusion -

the Glacier Skywalk. This stunning glass-bottom walkway offers awe-inspiring, unobstructed views of the

Rockies that you simply won’t find anywhere else (Skywalk entrance included).

• You will have time to enjoy lunch on your own (your expense) at the Discovery Centre before we continue

south for a photo stop at beautiful Lake Louise. From there, we make our way to the crown jewel of Alberta’s

This resort is built on the side of Sulphur Mountain to avoid obstructed views of the Bow River Valley and

• We embark on a half-day guided tour of the Banff area which includes a gondola ride to the top of Sulphur
