Initial deposit can be transferred to another tour within the same calendar year up to 30 days after booking. New reservations must be made for the same traveler, otherwise, name change fees apply – see “Name Changes or Corrections” section for more details. Collins Tours has many supplier agreements to meet and is not responsible for clients’ misfortunes, sickness, illness, or changes in decisions to travel. Deposits secure your travel arrangements on the tour you have chosen. Balances must be paid in full prior to the tour by designated date or risk of automatic cancellation with full loss of payments. To avoid disappointment, we ask for all payments to be met by initial timelines provided on invoices, website, or documentation from Collins Tours.
Note: If the final payment date passes, or if reservation is made after the tour’s final payment date, the deposit amount cannot be moved to a different tour.

Seat rotation policy is in effect for this tour. Your tour manager will explain this once on board. There are no exceptions to seat rotation without written notice from a physician. With a notice from physician we can only provide a seat rotation in the front half of the coach; to be fair to all passengers we cannot guarantee the two front seats.

Seat rotation policy will be in effect during this tour and will be explained by your tour manager once on board or can be viewed prior to your vacation on www.collinstours.ca.
All stops for passenger pick up/drop off will be brief (10-15 min.) and we ask that you remain on board while we greet new travelers. Once all travelers are aboard, we make our way across the Confederation Bridge and onto our home for the evening, the Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre (city centre).
Your tour director checks you in and has your luggage delivered to your room.
The coach will depart the hotel for our dinner reservation at a local restaurant and our fabulous welcome dinner (included)

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at our hotel this morning before check-out and departure for the ferry to the Magdalen Islands. We make our way to the ferry terminal before setting sail for Cap aux Meules (Grindstone Island), the second largest of the 8 major islands that comprise the 40-mile-long fishhook-shaped archipelago known as Iles de la Madeleine.
During our voyage across the St. Lawrence, you will have a chance to get to know your fellow travelers and enjoy a seafood dinner in the ship’s casual restaurant. (Note: non-seafood pork option available).
Once we arrive at the Cap aux Meules ferry ramp, we’re left with a brief 2-minute drive to the Chateau Madelinot, our waterfront hotel for the next three nights! Relax while your tour manager checks you in, distributes your room key, and has your bag sent to your room. Baggage handling fees are included (1 bag per person please) in your tour price. ***Please note, the hotel does not have elevators***.
The rest of the evening is free to begin enjoying “The Maggie’s”, a spectacular blend of green valleys, glorious white sandy beaches, vibrant red cliffs and secluded blue lagoons.
