Hi Greg,

I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had on your tour. Carl and Katie did a wonderful job as tour directors (informative and friendly and fun). Gene was a fantastic driver (so smooth and confident). I'm usually very nervous in high volume traffic since being run off the road by "the other driver" but never experienced one bit of nervousness with Gene at the wheel! I think you went "above and beyond" (maybe too much) for the two ladies who missed the bus in Fredericton and tried to connect with us in Saint John.

I felt that your tour had a great overall overview of New York-culture, sightseeing, Broadway and shopping-especially for first time visitors. I wish that we had one more day in NY at the end of the week (after we were more familiar with the area) to just explore on our own in more depth whichever area of NY that we found most interesting. Probably about two thirds of our bus commented on our way home (check with Carl) that they would have liked a free day at the end to either revisit the museum, tour central park, take a horse drawn carriage ride, see more Broadway plays or do more shopping. Many wished that we stayed the extra day to have the $700 duty free limit (that didn't matter to me as I went for the tour not shopping).

Although in the past I worked for six years with Maritime Marlin Travel, this was my first bus trip. I enjoyed it and would go again in a heartbeat! Job well done!

I wanted to take a minute to thank you whole heartedly for the memorable experience I had on your last tour to New York. The quality of service was above and beyond my expectations. I cannot begin to describe the friendliness of the guides as well as the drivers. They were all very courteous, considerate and knowledgeable. We also had the privilege of meeting folks from the other Collins Tour bus who were also having a wonderful time. The accommodations were excellent in and on the way to New York. The guides were very professional when needed but certainly knew how host a good time as well! What could have been a long bus ride turned out to be a fun part of the voyage! I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful tour. You did a great job, and I would say you offer a lot more than the other tours we looked at. That was my third Christmas in New York Tour and my best one. Carm, Leah, Sue and I all had a great time and allot of that was due to the fact you offered such a variety of events. The last two bus tours I was on, we were lucky to have a half day tour and then we were on our own to get everywhere, while on your tour you took us everywhere. This is Melissa Lewell (From the Bus trip to New York). I got your email address from Patsy Sparkes. I hope that you don't mind. I just wanted to thank you and your family for taking me on that trip. It was truly a dream come true. I have always wanted to go to New York. It now feels like it was an amazing dream. I think that it will feel more real when I get the photo's developed, and get the video camera done. ( I am going to send you and your family the video that I made). I can really say that your company has been the best that I have been on yet. And I traveled a little. One of the best memories that I am going to have from that trip is when we had to walk/run to catch Phantom of the Opera. That show was spectacular, our seats were really good. I was surprised that we sat that close to the stage. I have always wanted to go see that show since I can remember. (I am really involved in theatre, I was mostly involved in High School) but I still love it the same.

I was surprised at how nice and friendly everyone was. It was like we were all a big happy family. Thank you again for this experience. It is truly one that I will never forget. I hope to take another one sometime, and I will take it with you guys. Well I am getting tired (still trying to catch up on the sleep). It would be nice to keep in touch. I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much Christine and I enjoyed the trip to New York last week. (Nov. 30 – Dec. 6). Also to tell you what a great job you did on everything, you are incredibly organized. Everyone I talked to said the same thing. Hard to believe that everyone on the bus was so nice and got along so well. We will definitely book a trip through you again and also recommend you to our friends and family. I have worked in retail for a long time and know how frustrating groups of people can be at times. You handled everything very well. The trip went wonderfully, no complaints about the Club Breezes whatsoever. As this was our 2nd time at that particular resort we knew exactly what to expect. Just wanted to thank you for your suggestion that we try Iberostar in the D.R. It was great. We were very pleased with everything--except the wind that blew almost all week (wasn't great on the beach). However I don't think you can control that!!! The people there are so friendly and happy that they make you feel so welcome. The food was excellent, although we didn't eat much of the salad variety. They told us that all the water is safe in the dining rooms etc-just not to use the tap water. We took a half day tour to P.P. and it was great. The tour man was also a lawyer!! The girls are still annoyed that we didn't take them but they'll get over it-I hope! If only you could do something about getting there and back--I'm not a great flyer!!! Our friends, the Major's, had their first vacation south and can't wait to go next year. If another great spot comes up be sure and let us know because we'll be going again (I retire in June so I may go and stay!). We would certainly go there again or try another Iberostar. Thanks for all your work.

Well we are back and had a great trip! Cuba was wonderful and the beach was the big hit. WOW!! Of course the warm 6 day weather played a big part too!! The accommodations were comfortable and the food was very good. What else can I say other than we'll be going back !! good choice all round.(The flight wasn't bad either and that is something for me to admit too!!). thanks for all your planning for our trip.
